Booking and cancellation terms

Direct bookings
These terms apply to requests on this website to Rego de Castiñeira CB (E56189939), Casa do práctico, tourism registration VUT-LU-004605. O Baixo accommodates up to 6 guests and A Trepía up to 4. Children and babies count as guests; cots are not available. Bookings through other platforms follow the terms provided there.
Request and acceptance
Select apartment, dates and guests, check the price and review your details before submitting. Your request holds the dates for 24 hours but does not confirm a stay or charge you. Rejected requests, or requests not accepted within that time, release the dates. Acceptance keeps the dates blocked; an email provides your reference and payment instructions. Contact the hosts by email or phone to correct details.
Price and stay
The form displays the price for your selected apartment and dates, nightly breakdown and minimum stay. There are no supplements or security deposit. The usual minimum is two nights, six in July and August, unless specific conditions are shown when checking. Check out before 11:00; check-in is from 15:00. The displayed price is the final price, with no additional charges.
Full payment by bank transfer
Pay 100% by transfer to ES57 2100 5609 8402 0024 9099, quoting your booking reference. Payment is due five calendar days before arrival, including that day in Madrid time; your acceptance email gives the exact date. If acceptance occurs after that date, payment is due immediately. The website does not charge cards or automatically verify transfers.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel using the private link in your acceptance email and confirm the action, or contact the hosts for help. Cancel up to five calendar days before arrival, including that day until 23:59:59 Madrid time, for a full refund of amounts paid by bank transfer within 72 consecutive hours of cancellation. Later cancellations and no-shows receive no refund. If you have not paid, there is nothing to refund. Cancellation releases the dates. For arrival on 20 August, the last free-cancellation day is 15 August.
Withdrawal and assistance
The general 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation for specified dates (Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
